@Adam it's only been unavailable for me for about half an hour tonight. But the messages I wrote before the outing weren't visible on Mastodon until after the node had been offline for a while. They just kept showing the little hourglass up till the service dropped off. And when it got back, all my messages had been shared. 😊

@Cynni I haven't noticed any downtime today. The "notifier task is pending" thing with the hourglass happens all the time though. I had a bunch of posts that took 3 hours to actually post today. The average time is probably 90 mins? That's the next problem to solve once we're regularly online every day. At 3 hours, we might as well be mailing each other letters! ;)

@Adam Ow wow... Yeah mine took about 1½ hours now, as said, the site became temporarily unavailable for half an hour and after that, all the posts were send and shared. But indeed, I understand it can take a while for all the parts of the Fedi to connect and catch up, but it should not take hours... 😔 Fingers crossed 🤞🏻 they'll find the issues soon!
