I had this happen a few times too. When I have written a post, I first copy the text to the clipboard and then I try to send it. If it works, then it's OK. If it doesn't work, I will have the text saved to try it again later.
But I really hope you're right and this will be fixed sooner, rather than later. I'm most active during my night time and that's when the node has most of its issues... 😔 Unfortunately,,,
