first wash the lentils
then soak them over night
we take bacon, onions, pepper, cloves and allspice to make the broth while the lentils coock in another pot
when the onions are squishy the broth is done
to the sieved broth
we add potatoes
celery
carrots
and leek
and cook it
then we add the bacon
and our coocked lentils
for thickening add red lentils or mix a part of it and give that back to the pot
