Hi Tinus, as far as I can tell, you have to copy/paste somebody's full address in the search bar. In the results, you will get the option to befriend/ follow them. Doesn't work if they don't want to be befriended.

As far as I know, you just click on the picture (avatar) of the person you wish to add, and choose the button that says: Connect/follow. Check out the screengrab.
