Time for an intro update!
Hi all, I'm Gem (Ikkle Gemz).
I'm a disabled female & I love Disney, anime, Japanese & Korean stuff, cats, KDramas, Neighbours, tech, gaming & more. I also love the Fediverse & checking out new servers/instances & run a few of my own. I've also discovered an interest in privacy products
I'm also on here using variations of my nickname. Some I don't use as much now that I have my own instances/servers.

My next project is migrating my old Windows 10 desktop to Linux. I'm pretty OS agnostic (my laptop is Win 11), but the fact that this otherwise capable hardware won't run Win 11, combined with steady injections of adverts and dumb AI features into Windows is making Linux an attractive option. I just need to have some chunks of free time to work out final details and perform the migration.
I've just finished Dynamite Kiss. I really enjoyed it, especially the funny moments. I'm glad it ended the way it did, too 🙂 #DynamiteKiss #KDrama

Classic Chicken New Yorker - Roast chicken breast with bacon, melted cheese and Texan BBQ sauce with chips, onion rings and peas.
Southern Fried and Grilled Chicken Skewers with a jacket potato, coleslaw and sweet chilli dip.
Katsu Curry Feast with basmati rice, salt & pepper chips and extra sauce for dipping.
Rump Steak Served with chips, onion rings, and peas.
Vanilla cheesecake with chunks of chocolate cookie dough, topped with caramel and chocolate fudge sauce and vanilla ice cream.
Trifle Baked Alaska with fresh berries.
Lemon Meringue Pie with vanilla ice cream and raspberry coulis.
