Ello sweet and lovely Friendos 💜

I've caught up with most of my Masto socials, and I boosted all that I shared there. And I tried to boost some of my friend's toots as well.

I know I mostly boost from this account, and sometimes I wonder if I should keep it like that, to "collect" the toots of the Pixy in the Fedi... But should I start writing more here as well? But what would there be to say, that I've not already shared on my journey account, my gaming account, or my fit account? Or the snaps that I share on Pixelfed...

I don't want to repeat myself too often. It would make me feel silly, like I'm getting senile 😂 and I don't know if I have the spoons to even do that...

It can be a curse at times, to have a brain that needs the separation of the things so much. To have the need for different accounts for different subjects... I wonder if things would be easier if I could just have one account for everything... 🤔 But then, I guess it would still be hard, as I do enjoy the options of Friendica, but I also love the emojis that beige.party offers me... (I do love the silly custom emojis, I really miss them here...).

Well, walking the treadmill, working up sweat, watching the last few episodes of season 2 of Cold Case.

It's a weird night when the gym suddenly is closed without notice... I still can do most of my routine, but it's slightly off... Which makes it feel all differently somehow... 😊

Ello sweet and lovely Friendos 💜

#Today...
...was definitely not too bad...

I've had some struggles. But! I also achieved some goals that I had set out...

I went to the gym, as I (almost) always do. I had planned to do some strength exercises, but I settled for a seated bike ride and a one km walk on the treadmill.

I walked a SniffiVerse™ walkies with Arwen. We didn't go the longer route, but it was a bit longer than the shortest one. The weather was decent enough, which make it a nice walk.

I used my treadmill and walked 3,5km, most of it with a 3% incline. It went OK enough. But I miss being able to walk a bit faster...

Did the laundry. The dishwasher did it's thing too. Connected the HDMI splitter, just need to test it still. Swept the floors, there was loads of sand, again...

Had several walks with Arwen today. Including the treadmill walks, I got to 22k steps at the moment I'm writing this. So it's not too bad at all!

I'm watching some more Person Of Interest before heading to bed. I'm rather tired, but it's a bit too early still, so gotta wait for a while longer...

Hmmm 🤔
I am lying on the couch, as I felt a little cold, so huddled under a blankie with some more
Person Of Interest .
But I feel like I should be writing some for my blog.
Am just afraid that I'll share the same a lot these days, as my brain seems to be caught in a loop. And I do like a good routine... But... Not like this. 😔
I did book an appointment with the GP to discuss my ADHD meds, but to find a day and time that suited me (there weren't too many slots available), it means it's just over three weeks from now.
I guess if I would go there and ask at the assistant's desk, maybe they would have am earlier suitable moment. But I don't feel like my ADHD issues are pressing enough to need a "quick" appointment.
I've dealt without meds for many years. But I guess I do benefit from what the meds can do for me when they work properly... 😊
Let's get my tablet now and see if I can empty my brain a bit in a blog post.
And I hope that I get warm and relaxed enough so that I can enjoy some gaming. I do miss it. But somehow, there seems to be a high threshold that's holding me back somehow... 🤔
