Hola #vamonosjuntas,
hace tiempo que mi cuenta en Facebook estaba sin usar, así que aproveché del #vamonosjuntas para cerrarla definitivamente. Francamente me costó dejar mis contactos, ya que la mayoría se quedó allá.
Veo que la mayoría de las publicaciones aquí viene desde Mastodon. Yo opté por friendica y -aunque aun estoy experimentando- me parece mucho mejor que Facebook. Espero que llegue más gente aquí para que el fediverso se establezca mejor en todas partes.

Good morning. 🌿🌿🌿

Hurray for today! It's Martin Luther King Jr. Day, a national holiday. Hmmm ... there is something else important going on today ... Oh, it's also National Cheese Lover's Day, National Buttercrunch Day, and National Disc Jockey Day. Unfortunately, you won't get a day off for the last three. One last thing about today—it's very much Monday. It's not Groundhog Day, though, but if it were, the groundhog probably wouldn't come out.

It's cold outside this morning—24°F, which is quite chilly for Louisiana but not so much for Minnesota, where it's 12°F in the Twin Cities. It's all about perspective. What feels like a cozy winter's day to one person can be a chilling experience for another.

In Spanien hat sich eine Gruppe von Organisationen und Personen vereint, um das Fediverse zu fördern, basierend auf demokratischen Werten und offenen digitalen Gemeinschaften. Es ist geplant, mit einer konzentrierten Aktion am Montag (siehe #vamonosjuntas bei Insta, FB, X) die Plattformen von Zuckerberg & Musk zu verlassen, um sich für ein menschlicheres Internet ohne Monopole, invasive Algorithmen einzusetzen. Si fuera o fuese una persona con más cucharas, montaría un servidor de Friendica para España que permita ir acogiendo a gente de Facebook, sobre todo a personas mayores. Siguiendo los consejos de la comunidad hago una pequeña #presentación por aquí.

Me llamo María y soy andaluza. Soy profe de ELE y literatura y librera ocasional en Granada, aunque he dado algunas vueltas por otros lares.

Me apasiona la #literatura y la #fotografía (que practico en formato analógico). Hablar de #libros es una de las cosas que más me gusta hacer cuando toca socializar y es realmente uno de los pocos motivos por los que no abandono las redes del todo, pues en ellas he encontrado gente estupenda para hacerlo.

Escribir también ocupa gran parte de mi tiempo. He podido publicar algunos de mis textos en antologías y revistas literarias y suelo compartir algunos más en Substack hablando de mis #lecturas, entre otras cosas.

Sería mucho más infeliz si no compartiera mi vida con mi familia de cuatro patas.

So ernst wie ich die Sicherheitsbedenken bei der ePA bezüglich der Ausnutzung durch Dritte mit kommerziellen Interessen sehe, so sehr denke ich, dass Missbrauch durch behandelnde Ärztis seltene Einzelfälle sein dürften. (Hoffe, ich bin da nicht zu naiv.)
Meiner Einschätzung nach sind deutlich mehr als 90% der Patientis mit einer feingranular einstellbaren Rechtevergabe an Ärztis in der konkreten Situation einer Erkrankung überfordert. Was nicht heißt, dass die Möglichkeit schlecht ist.

Hallo zusammen,

wie so viele bin ich #neuhier und erkunde das fediverse mit friendica. Dafür habe ich keine optimale IOS App gefunden und mich sehr über den feditip zur Web-App gefreut. Wusste bisher nicht, dass dies ein Unterschied zu einem schnöden Lesezeichen ist. Da ich nicht in der Lage war den Original-Beitrag zu teilen, hier der Link für alle Neulinge.

Postet man seine Fotos zum Thema des Tages, wird man schnell von Usern mit ähnlichen Interessen gefunden oder findet umgekehrt selbst schnell Gleichgesinnte. This is that tree along the border fence road (the fence is to my back when shooting this photo) that I had a timelapse set up on a couple days ago. It really sounds like the Coronado National Forest wants to close the road to the public, so if I want to get this timelapse, I need to go do it tomorrow, since my weekend is busy.
