I've seen this one before. It's obvious to me that they know exactly what they're doing. They're trolling, and they know it, and they revel in the power they have to manipulate so many people into being this ignorant. #AbuseCulture
This sort of misunderstanding is nothing new: when "Obamacare" was going through congress, some people were very mad about it because they didn't want the government getting involved in Medicare (they didn't realize that Medicare is a government program).
This has to be satire or someone trolling an anti-vaxxer. I can't believe that some who is able describe the very functioning of a vaccine fails so disastrously in identifying one when being confronted with it.
