Trees
Today I went to a talk about trees in the City of London. I learnt that due to climate change they are looking at resilience to heat, drought and disease. They also look for large canopies for shade and good for biodiverity. When Dutch Elm Disease devasted Elms in the Uk we also lost a species of butterfly dependent on elms. I am glad its not my job to select trees for a mega city.
