I went out to feed the neighbor's cats this afternoon. One of his cats, Jack, came over and was clearly trying to talk to me. He was meowing in a very talkative way, and was turning his head left and right, as if he was searching for something.
I realized that he was asking me where's Minime, since they were friends. How could I explain to him that our beloved Minime was gone forever?
It broke my heart again. Cats are so smart and loving. And they grief too.

Greenhouse
The greenhouse, painted with watercolors a few months ago. I love the natural look of paint on paper.

Groups?
I'd like to create a new group here on Friendica, not sure how to go about it. I don't have the option on the right side of the Contacts page, as per the manual. I was thinking of creating one art and one tech group.

I had a slightly similar story: Mirabelle, one of my father cats, would never let me approach her. My father had recently passed away and I was in the garden with the sun in my back. She was a bit far away. She started running straight at me until she froze 3 meters away. She looked at me and ran back.
She must have thought I was her old human. Like you, we both had our hearts broken one more time.
