It works fine. But the blue glasses are more memorable and interesting. It makes me wonder if I will see the red magnifying glass and blue glasses just on their own later as a simplified version for other contexts.

The orange image is pleasant and but raises no questions and I don't notice what she's doing as much. (eg. how funny it is to look at a screen with a magnifying glass like scoobydo)

So I like the one that's more exciting.

I didn't have a bad night, just a werid dream that I woke up from, about twenty minutes to the alarm. I can't really remember it, but I know I just felt so weird when I woke up...

Today is "Germany day" again, where I'll take mum to the shops there. And, of course, I'll get some bits and bops as well... ๐Ÿ˜Š

It should be a lovely day, weather wide. So that's a plus too, having a warmer night for walkies is always pleasant, especially when it's dry then. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Early morning walkies with Arwen... Just ten more days where the sun will be getting up earlier and then... We'll "lose" an hour, as the clocks will change for us then.

Asked AI to make me an image. I edited it. Then I asked AI for a good Alt text. And I guess the word "stimming" is restricted? As it was being blocked by the app and it had big issues with giving me a good description.
Never thought that the word "stimming" would be a bad one, in need of censoring...

I have no idea... But indeed, it blocks out more than just the word. And I've never thought that stimming could be seen as a sexual something.

I tried to ask more about it to the AI, but it said that it didn't blur out the image, and that stimming isn't bad... So... That leaves the question as to why it happened? And I've tried to upload the image several times, with the same results every time, so it wasn't just an occasional error....

I've been using Bing for making Alt texts for me, when I struggled with them, but while some are just so well done and better than I could have made them, others are just disappointingly bad.
Or, as happened this night, they get censored! For nothing that should be offensive in any way. Nor was there any copyright ยฉ๏ธ in friction, as it was about text that I wrote on the image...

I love altbot here, and I've been using it a lot. But I don't wanna spam the Fedi when I need alts for images that I want to share on my blog.

Makes me wish altbot could be a website or an app that could make the texts for you, without you needing to share them to the Fedi... ๐Ÿ˜Š

@pixy I don't have any actual fidget toys except for a cheapo fidget spinner that I got in a Christmas Cracker one year. I do fidget with objects a bit (I have a convex shaped pocket mirror that spins nicely one my desk when it's closed). I do also have some stone eggs and a shiva lingam stone that can be calming to hold but they're not necessarily very stimmy, just soothing sensory-wise. Are there any fidget toys you'd recommend?

@Starshine ๐Ÿณ๏ธโ€โšง๏ธ ๐ŸŒœ I got myself a more expensive metal spinner, and it needs some WD40 at times, but it's been quite sturdy so far, and it's heavier than the plastic ones, which seems to help me.
And I got a little cube as well. It has 6 sides with different fidget bits, like a switch, rolling balls and gears... All different sides to use with different moods.
I don't know if they could help you, maybe there is a "try before buy" option available for you, so you don't need to spend money on things that may not benefit you.

Tonight Iโ€™m thinking about the episode โ€œThe Neutral Zoneโ€ and wondering what other diseases they had cures for at that point in Star Trek history. HIV? Long Covid? Multiple Sclerosis? Tuberculosis? Diabetes?

Someday there should be a Star Trek series set in a hospital or medical bay that focuses on the medical aspect of this universe and what they can (and cannot) cure in the future.

Callisto felt up to playing today as did Baloo. Phoenix of course has been full of herself and twice as bossy since CSUN so thats not really new or different. It was a beautiful day and we spent much of it outside. It was a perfect night to sit on the swing and eat mini frozen eclairs out of the box... not that I would do such an uncouth thing... ๐Ÿคฅ

It sounds like I do a lot, but (and here I go amiss), it's so much less than I did a year ago. I feel unmotivated, even when I can name all the awesome and positive reasons for doing the right things, and I feel like I'm failing everything that I try...

I think my chronic depression may be lurking and trying to pull me back into the darkness. And while I do enjoy the nighttime and that darkness (especially when the moon ๐ŸŒ– is there), I hate the darkness that this mental illness brings with it...

As said, I don't really feel like a man, but the things I like and the things I enjoy, I don't feel all "girlish" either. If that makes sense. So I guess a they/them would be more suited, but still, I don't mind she/her, as I am a female, in the gender sense of it all...
