La maladie mentale est un domaine très vaste au sein duquel seule une petite partie couvre la totale oblitération du discernement.
Etre fou, ce n'est pas nécessairement être incohérent et ce n'est pas non plus n'être qu'un fou. Ce sont des humains qui eux aussi ont des valeurs personnelles, une morale, des émotions et des sentiments.

I think I've moved from climate anxiety to deep climate grief. I saw a clip where a speaker said that this is the only period in history where we mourn in advance. Even when we see something beautiful, we know it's all ending.

The arrest warrant for Putin came about because Ukraine, although not yet a fully-fledged State Party, accepted the jurisdiction of the ICC. That was enough.
So, I can envision a collection of State Parties and other states accepting the jurisdiction of the ICC making the case that the USA’s war on Iran has been such a scientifically provable disaster for the environment that it amounts to a crime against humanity.
