Solar for the win
Winter is fully here in Maryland. The heat pumps have been running continuously for hours. It's 18f outside, and will get much colder with the vortex. 6-8 inches of snow tomorrow will cover the solar, so we'll be operating off our banked kWh with the utility, of which 4MWh remains. Thankful we have that much since I don't expect the solar to melt off for a week or more. If I really had to I guess I could find a teenager to broom off the ground mounts 😆 #solar #winter #renewables #Netmetering

Bedroom view - I love it <3

I’ve been spending more of my free time on RPGs than I have on social media lately. Six of one, half dozen of the other. I’m finding tabletop RPGs and social media to be roughly the same thing: a fake world populated by made-up characters, with the only reliable way to get rid of trolls is to use fire or acid.

Unable to change password

Hello @Ruud! I just recently joined Frendica but unfortunately it won't let me change my default password. The error message is "Login failed" even though I used the same password as the one I logged in with. Is there an issue with the server or am I doing something wrong?

I figured it out. The email that was sent to me contained whitespace, and the login form strips that so I was able to authenticate, but the same copied password fails when changing passwords in settings. But report is here:
